I have a bridge on my bottom teeth, and these work well for threading the floss through the gums so I can clean these properly. I have no real conplaints, other than the thickness being just a touch too much for my liking. I am used to the G.U.M. brand threaders that are a bit thinner, but these still work, only causing mild discomfort when threading through. Still much better than anything I can find at my pharmacy.
My dentist gave me some threaders when he installed my bridge. At first, I repeatedly tried to use them before having my wife thread it. Then I bought NAGY. They are more robust and slightly easier and I managed alone a few times until I learned how to locate the gap through which the floss had to pass. Once I mastered location, they worked great.
Needed something stronger to get underneath my permanent bridge and this does the job perfectly. Very solid material.
Since using these, I’ve had such ease flossing my teeth that have a permanent retainer. I typically use the ones the dentist gives me but they always took me so much longer to thread in. It takes me about 10 seconds with these to thread them through my retainer probably because they are both narrow and thin. I believe the problem with other threaders is that while they may be thin they are a bit too wide to get through a gap in your retainer.
Nagy Dental Floss Threader work as advertised. They are strong enough to get the job done. I like that they comp packaged with a hard case. This pack makes it so there are plenty to go around.
